Ashie and I went to the present day mouth and there is no cemetery there. We met some folks who told us that the mouth had been a couple of mile farther north but was inaccessible now and that there were some old cemeteries there. 6 year old Nancy is buried at White House cemetery. She was the first person to be buried there. It has been said that if you are an overstreet you are kin to everyone in the world. (except maybe other overstreets). There may be some validity to this. 1/2 of 1 % of everyone in the world is descended from (descended from, not just related to) Genghis Kahn, a Mongol Warlord from the 13th (from memory) century.
