DYSON, RICHARD I.

Richard Dyson b 1835 and came from England in 1865, at 30 years of age.

He worked out for years and finally rented a farm, lot 7, con. 2, on the York Rd. He was a Methodist and a Liberal.

About 1873 he married Isabella, daughter of John Drew. Issue: John Drew, Robert, William, Edward, Wilkinson, Annie J. and Louise L.

Of these John, Robert and William run a dairy in Guelph City. Robert, married Beatrice Fletcher, and William, married Louisa Wakefield. Edward, Wilkinson, Annie and Louisa at home.
