3302. Benoni FOGG (170) was born on 17 Mar 1687 in Hampton,Rockingham,NH. He died on 5 Jul 1770 in North Yarmouth,,ME. Benoni was in Capt. James Dow's Company, Hampton, 1707. He was one of the original grantees of Chester, NH. He moved to North Yarmouth Nov. 1732/33 where he was a town selectman, a weaver and farmer. He acquired 150 acres in No. Yarmouth, called Lane's Point, bounded by Reding's Creek, the bay, and Capt. Boardman; also Lane's Island; 1/2 of marsh on Cousin's River, Nov. 26, 1732. On March 26, 1734 he sold a piece of salt marsh on Cousin's River, formerly John Lane's. He was married to Abigail CASS on 22 Dec 1714 in Hampton,Rockingham,NH.
