TWELFTH GENERATION

3464. Lieut. John OLMSTED ⁽⁵⁴⁾ was baptized on 30 Dec 1649 in Hartford,,CT. He died about 1705. In 1673, in "the Estates of Lands and Accommodations of ye towne of Norwalk," John Olmsted is credited with 50 lbs. In 1699 he was chosen Selectman, and again in 1703. He was married to Mary BENEDICT prob 11 Nov 1670.

3465. Mary BENEDICT ⁽⁵⁴⁾. Probably of Southold, Long Island, NY. Children were:

i. Mary OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1675.
ii. Jane OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1677.
iii. Sarah OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1679.
iv. Rebecca OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1681.
v. Daniel OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1682. Removed to Ridgefield, CT.
1728 vi. Capt. Richard OLMSTED.
vii. Eunice OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1687.
viii. Elizabeth OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1690 in Norwalk,Fairfield,CT. Removed to Ridgefield, CT.
ix. Deborah OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1693.
x. Abigail OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1696.
xi. Anna OLMSTED⁽⁵⁴⁾ was born in 1698.
