(186) was born [circa 1500]. In
the "Record of the Redes" William is called a "priest" (clergyman);
in the "History of the Reed Family," where he is styled William Reade,
S.T.P. (Sanctae Theologiae Professor, or Professor of Sacred Theology), he is
supposed to have been born about 1450, which date is manifestly incorrect. He
was probably born about A.D. 1500. Children were:
