The number #210 indicates the municipal court docet number for this case.  Unfortunately, the South St. Paul docet number is not the same as the case number.  The records are at the Minnesota History Center, but without a case number, I have to go through the individual cases by hand.  I started this summer (2000) but will have to continue looking at a later date.
