BURIAL: Blairsville Cemetery [death certificate states Bethel Cemetery] Local rumor states that two men of less than reputable character were paid to exhume the body of Edward Milliken from his grave at Bethel UP Cemetery and re-inter in a family plot at Blairsville. Possibly under the
influence of alcohol, the men decided it would be much easier to move the grave marker and collect the money [having only completed half the task]. Due to community rumors, no one was ever interred on the Milliken plot at Bethel UP Cemetery.
