Samuel Supler settled on an adjoining farm to Harriman and Green. He died on the place of his original settlement, since the beginning of the present year, (1880) at the advanced age of eighty-four years-the oldest man, at the time of his death, in the township. He has two daughters still living; two sons went into the army during the late war, but never returned.
