MARY E. REEVES

Bethany - Mrs. Mary E. Reeves, 57, died Friday, March 2, 1956 at 12:05 p.m. in the home of her employer at 44 Kentucky Street, Wheeling Island, Wheeling, W.Va.

She was born, Nov. 18, 1898, in Ohio, a daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Atkinson Young of Bethany and the late Charles Young.

She leaves three daughters, Mrs. William (Margaret Ruth) Cooke of Wellsburg, Mrs. Frederick (Alfreda) Lydick, who is with her husband in Germany, and Mrs. Nile (Eleanor) Bowman of Clinton, W.Va. a son, Charles Reeves of Bethany; two sisters, Mrs. orlando McDonald of Paris, Pa., and Mrs. Ruth Markley of Bethany, and four brothers, Sumner Young of Castleman's Run, near Bethany, Carl Young of Dover, Ohio, Lawrence Young of Zanesville and Chester Young of Victorville, Calif.

Friends may call at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, after 7 p.m. today.

Services will be Monday, March 5, 1956 at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Walter L. Bingham officiating. Burial will be in short Creek Cemetery.
