Cecil B. Flynn
Cecil Burns Flynn, 75, of 114 East Wylie Avenue, died in his home Saturday Nov 7, 1970. Although in failing health, he died unexpectedly.
He was born Sept 6, 1895 in Good intent, MI (????) a son of John and Mary Sprowls(????) and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Claysville.
Mr. Flynn was the manager of the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company store in Washington after working for a number of years for the Nickles Bakery. He was a farmer in Eighty-Four before his employment with the A&P.
On June 4, 1917 he married Metta JOHNSON who died December 2, 1949.
He is survived by a son, William J. of Washinton: three grandchildren, Colleen, Carolyn and Shawn all of Washington, two brothers. C.M. Flynn of Columbia S.C. and R.S. Flynn of Clarksburg W.Va. and a sister Bessie, wife of John C. Patterson of Beaver Falls.
