29. Philip Conrad MOGEN JD was born on May 20, 1927 in Ortonville, MN. Graduated from law school at the University of South Dakota in Vermilion, SD. Was an FBI agent from 1952 to 1979. He was stationed in Bureau offices in North Carolina, New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, and Albuquerque, NM. Retired from the FBI in 1979.

Philip Conrad MOGEN JD and Darlene HACKETT were married on Jun 26, 1954 in Sioux Falls, SD. Darlene HACKETT was born on May 10, 1927. She died of complications after surgery on Oct 28, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. Darlene graduated from South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD where she earned her BS degree in Pharmacy. She worked either full or part-time in all the states they lived in over the years, retiring in 1977. Philip Conrad MOGEN JD and Darlene HACKETT had the following children:
