53. Shirley Ann MOGEN was born on Nov 16, 1935. Shirley Ann Mogen born Nov. 16, 1935, married Dec. 27, 1959 to Frederick Charles Stephens born March 30, 1936. Shirley graduated from NDSU in Fargo, ND with a Home Economics degree. Shirley and her husband are both retired from the Sioux Falls, SD school system. They continue to reside in Sioux Falls. Shirley and Fred have two children:
