Item I will and bequeathe unto John Denn my younger sonne my Howse at Tylmstone in the saide Countye and all the Landes thereto belonginge contayninge by estimacon four Acres more or lesse thereof in the occupacon of George Hammon or of his Assignes
Item I will and bequeathe unto Joane my eldest daughter tenn poundes to be given
to her within one yeare next after my decease

either of them twentye powndes to be paide to them severallye at the age of One
and Twentye yeres or at the dayes of there severall marriages or at wich of them shall come

And my will ys that John Denne my sonne shall take and receave the profitts of my saide howse and lande at Tylmstone aforesaide ymmediatly after my decease soo that he be ruled and governed by my Brother John Phillpott his Unckle in puttinge the same to pfitt for his better advantage
Item my will is that my sonne Thomas Denn shall prove this my laste will and undertake the payemt of all my debtes & legacies oe else to have no bennyfitt of this my laste will And I make and ordayne Thomas Denn my sonne sole executor of this my laste will and Testamente Witnesses hereunto
