Imprimis I give unto Magdalen my now wife that messuage or tenement that I lately
purchased of Abraham Smith to be sold to pay my debts
Item I give unto the said Magdalen my now wife all my moveable goods within doores &
without unto her pper use forever she paying and doing as is heerafter written
Itm I give unto Richard the sonne of William Mullett to be paid by my said wife at
her .....? within twelve monethes next after her day of marriage the sume of Twenty pounds
of lawfull money
Itm I give unto Annes the wife of Edward Willes all my herring netts & shott netts,
my said wife to receive the proffitt coming of my herring netts this voyage
Itm I give unto my said wife my three best suites of apparrell my best hats & two cloaks
The rest of my clothes I give unto William Mullett the Elder & Edward
Willes equally to be devided betwixt them
Itm I make my said wife Magdalen my whole & sole Executrix of this my last

Thomas Denne, fisherman, of Deal, Kent was buried at St Leonards, Deal, on 24 October 1625.
He was the youngest son of yeoman William Denn and his second wife Margaret.
Thomas was the second husband of Magdalen.
