Item I will devise and bequeath unto my two sisters Sarah and Elizabeth all that my dwelling house and malthouse with all and every the appertuances to the same belonging situate and being in the Parish of St Maryes aforesaid now in the tenure and occupation of one Meane(?) to have and to hold the said dwelling house malthouse with the appertuances to my said two sisters Sarah and Elizabeth and to their heirs for ever.
Item I give and bequeath unto my brother John Denne and to my sister Mary to either of them forty shillings and I do make and ordain my said two sisters Sarah and Elizabeth the joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament.

Although the within written Testator wrote himself of Sandwich in his will within written and so the same was written and so the same was proved before the Official of Canterbury that he was an inhabitant of Ash an exempt parish and so her the Executrix was called to appear before the Commissary to prove the same which she accordingly did as appears by the ensuing act.
