barns buildings and yards gardens orchards several parcels of landand appurtenances to the said
messuage belonging lying in Edenbridge and all the lord's rent or quitrent courts and perquisites
of courts royalties profits perquisites commodities and appurtenances whatsoever to the said manor
of Stangrave belonging all which said manor messuage and lands I lately purchased of George Leigh deceased and of Robert Leigh his son.
All that my messuage called Linhurst wherin Thomas Browne lately lived 60 acres in Edenbridge
To my eldest son Thomas all that my messuage or tenement wherein I now dwell and also all other my
messuage, tenements of farms and all the mills millponds barns buildings lands tenements and premises
whatsoever in Chiddingstone and Cowden, he paying my legacies.
To Thomas all my goods and household stuffs and all my ready money biulls bonds mortgages debts and
all other my goods chattels and personal estate whatsoever.
