In the Name of God Amen I Stephen Napleton Doctor of Phisick being in perfect State of mind doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following

Imprimis I give and devise unto my Sister Sarah Napleton widow for and during her naturall life all my Lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever which I lately purchased of Mr Richard Fairbrass lying being and Scituated in the severall parishes of Betshanger Ham and Eastry in the County of Kent
and after her decease I give and devise the same unto my Neice Elizabeth Napleton to her and her heirs for ever

Item I give to the said Elizabeth Napleton the sume of two Thousand five hundred pounds of good and lawfull money of England to be paid her within one month after the day of my Decease

Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Sarah Napleton All the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels and personall Estate whatsoever after my Debts and Legacyes and funerall Charges are paid and satisfyed and I doe make and ordaine my said Sister Sarah Napleton sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I doe hereby revoake all former all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof to this my last Will and Testament I have here sett my hand and seale the Three and Twentyeth day of July in the year of our Lord 1729 Stephen Stapleton
