The last Will and Testament of me Ann Narracott of St Margaretts Rochester in the County of Kent Widow

I give devise and bequeath all my Estate and Effects of whatever nature and kind soever and wheresoever (saving one shilling to my Daughter Phillips) unto my dear and affectionate Daur Jane Narracott to and for her own use and benefit

but in case my said Daughter Jane should die in my lifetime then I give and devise the same to my dear Sons John and William Narracott to be equally divided between them or to the survivor of them in case either should be dead

and I appoint my said dear Daur Jane Sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 5th day of June 1806 Ann Narracott
