In the Name of God Amen The third Day of March in the yeare of our Lord God A thousande five hundred three score and one and in the Yeare of ye Reigne of Our Sovereigne Ladye Elizabeth the 13th
I HENRY NEAME of the Paryshe of Woodnesborough in the County of Kent being syke in bodye and hole in mind I make and ordayne this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following.
Item I bequeath my soule to Almighty God my Maker and Redeemer and my bodye to be buryed in the Churchyard ofWoodnesborough aforesayd besyde my father.

Item I bequeath to the Church aforesayd 3s 4d.
Item I gyve unto Alyce my wief two chestes three kyne three ewes and one colte.
Item I gyve unto Alyce my sayd wief my house and lande in the Paryshe aforesaid and in the Paryshe of Northborne durynge her lyef without waste.
And after her decease I will my said house and lande to be soulde but the net profitt and the money thereof to be equallye dyvyded amonge my sayde sonnes WYLLYAM LAWRENCE and RYCHARD and to their heyers.

Item I will Alyce my sayd weif to have all the corne in the Barne and the crops and seede the ground that it is to be corne and to pay the halfe yeares rente due and at my decease next comynge
Item I will at Mychaelmas next comynge the sayd corne in the Barnes equally to be shifted by the bushell to my sayd weif and my three sonnes. And also the halfe yeares rente to be payd at Chrystmas equallye by my sayd wyef and sonnes.

Item I gyve unto JOANE NEAME an ewe and a lambe.
Item I gyve unto THOMAS NEAME the sonne of WYLLYAM NEAME one ewe and one lambe.
I gyve unto JOHN NEAME 16s 8d.

Item I will that the resydue of all my goodes not bequeathed to be dyvyded to my sayd wyef and my three sonnes. I will my sayd wyef to have in her parte my best bedd as it is and my best cupbord cattell excepted to my wyef but as is apresyd.

I make myne Executor ALYCE my sayd wyef.
