In the Name of God Amen the Fiftenth daye of Aprill in the eight yeare of the raigne of or Sovraigne Lord James by the grace of God Kinge of England Scotland Frannce and Ireland, Defender of the fayth &c. Annoq Dini 1610
I Agnes Neame of the parrishe of Woodnesborrowe in the Countye of Kent widdowe beinge sicke of bodye but of good and perfecte remembrannce (thancks be gyven to Almightie God) doe ordeyne and make this my present laste will and testament in mann[e]r and forme followeinge
First I bequeath my soule to Almightie God trustinge to be save onelye by the merritts of Christe Jesus and my Bodye to the earth the same to be buryed in the Churchyard of Woodnesborrowe aforesayd nere unto my husband

Item I give unto the pore people of the sayd parrishe two shillinges to be distributed amongest them at the discretion of my executrix
Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Neame and John Neame and Marye Godfrey wyffe of Thomas Godfrey and to Elizabeth Baxe my daughter twentye shillinges apeece to be payd to evrye of them wthin one monethe next after my decease

Alsoe I give to sayd Marie Godfrey one payre of sheets
Item I give to the sayd Elizabeth Baxe one other paire of sheets
Item I give unto the sayd Marie and Elizabeth all my wearinge apparrell both lynnen and wollen equallye to be devided betweene them by my executrix wthin one moneth next after my decease

Item I give unto Thomas Godfreys six Children five shillinges apeece to be payd unto them or theire assignes as they shall accomplishe theire sevrall ages of eightene yeares and yf either of them dye before the sayd age then I will the parte of him her or them soe dyeinge shall remayne amongest the survivors of them equally to be devyded

like wyse I give unto Reymond Baxes fyve Children five shillinges apeece to be payd unto them at theire sevrall ages of eightene yeares and yf either of them dye before the sayd tyme, I will the parte of him her or them soe dyeinge shall remayne to the survivors of them, equally to be devyded

all the rest of my goods and Chittells whatsoevr my debts and legacyes and funerall Chardges payd, I give unto Jane Neame my youngest daughter nowe wyffe of Stephen Pope and I make her the sayd Jane sole Executrix of this my laste will and testament revokeinge all former wills whatsoevr
and I doe make my brother Lawrence Neame ovrseer of this my laste will for the due performinge of the same and for his paynes I give unto him one table wch ys alreadye in his owne keepinge

In wittnes whereof I the sayd Agnes Neame to this my laste will and testament have sett my hand and seale the daye and yeare firste above written
