First I give and bequeath unto my daughter SARAH NEAME the sume of two hundred and fifty pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her in three months next after my decease by my Executor hereafter named.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter JANE NEAME the like sume of two hundred and fifty pounds to be paid to her in three months next after my decease by my Executor hereafter named.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter MARY NEAME the like sume of two hundred and fifty pounds of like money to be paid her in three months next after my decease by my Executor hereafter named.
Also I do give and bequeath unto my daughter SUSAN the now wife of THOMAS WANSTALE of Guston Yeoman and to the heirs of her body to be lawfully begotten one quarter or fourth part of and in all those my messuages or tenements barns stables lands and all and singular other premisses situate lying and being at a place called Ringleton Manor in the Parish of Woodnesborough als Winsborough in the said County of Kent and now in the occupation of me the said RICHARD NEAME and some tenants.
Also I do give and bequeath unto my daughter SARAH NEAME and to her heirs forever one other quarter or fourth part of and in the aforesaid messuages, barns, stables lands and all and singular other premisses before mentioned lying and being in the parish ofWoodnesborough als Winsborough and in my own occupation and some tenants.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter JANE NEAME and to her heirs forever one other quarter share or fourth part of and in the aforesaid messuages barns stables lands and all and singular other the premises.
Also I do give and bequeath unto my daughter MARY NEAME and to her heirs forever one other quarter or fourth part of and in the aforesaid messuages barns stables lands and all and singular other the premisses.
All the rest and residue of all and singular my goods and chattells lands and premisses tenements and rights and creditts whatsoever and wheresoever my Debts Legacies Funeral Charges and Probate of this my Will being first paid and deducted I do give and bequeath unto my four daughters SUSAN wife of the aforesaid THOMAS WANSTALE SARAH NEAME JANE NEAME and MARY NEAME to be equally divided between them.
And I do nominate and appoint my brother-in-law JAMES KOBLE of Eastry aforesaid schoolmaster to be sole Executor of this my last Will and revoking and annulling all other wills by me hereto before made.

on two sheets of paper to each sheet I have sett and put my hand and seal the Day and
