In the name of God Amen I Thomas Neame the Elder of Winsborrow al[ia]s Woodnesborough in the County of Kent Yeoman being sick, but in perfect mind and memory, do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in writing in manner and form following (that is to say)
First I commit my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Neame of East Street in the Parish of Ash and County aforesaid Farmer All that my freehold Estate, Houses, Lands and Tenements to the same belonging whatsoever wherein I now dwell in Winsborrow als Woodnesborough aforesaid to him and his Heirs for ever
Item I give and bequeath more unto my said Son Thomas Neame all the Stock and Cropp which he hath now at the Farme in Eaststreet aforesaid (one Pyde Cow excepted)

Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Laggett, Wife of Stephen Leggett of Ash aforesaid the sume of thirty pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain within three Years after my decease to be paid her by my said Son Thomas
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susan the Wife of George Norton in St. Lawrence in the Island of Thannett and County aforesaid the sume of Five pounds of like money to be paid to her within three Years after my decease by my said Son Thomas Neame
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Neame Spinster the sume of Thirty pounds of like money to be paid her by my said Son Thomas Neame within three Years after my decease

Item I give and bequeath unto my said Son Thomas Neame, my said three Daughters Elizabeth, Susan and Jane two pair of sheets each of them
Item I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Jane all my Goods, Chattells, Householdstuff, Corn, Grain, &c: whatsoever in and belonging to the House I now live for ever, as also my pyde Cow at my Son Thomas Neame as abovementioned

Item that my present Will is, and that I do hereby order my said Son Thomas Neame to pay the several and Respective Legacies and Sumes of money given and bequeathed by me to them by this my Will as abovenamed and bequeathed,
Item as also to pay and discharge my just debts and Funeral Expences of what nature or kind so over they be

Item And of this my present last Will and Testament in writing, I make and ordain constitute and appoint the above named George Norton to be my said Executor only, and I do hereby desire him my said Executor to see this my said last Will fulfilled, and I do hereby utterly revoke and make void all and every other former Testaments and Wills by me in any Wise before this time made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the three and Twentieth day of November Anno Dini 1723,
