In the Name of God Amen I JOSEPH NEAME of the Towne and Port of Sandwich in the County of Kent Gent being in good health and of sound and perfect mind and memory God be praised do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
Imprimus I commend my soul into the Hands of Almighty God my heavenly father hoping to obtain everlasting life through the alone merrits of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discrecon of my Executors hereinafter named.

I give and devise all and every my messuages lands and tenements whatsoever situate lying and being in the Parishes of Eastry and Word or elsewhere in the County of Kent unto my two daughters BENNETT NEAME and ELIZABETH NEAME equally to be divided and to their respective heirs and assigns forever.

Item I give and bequeath unto my son JOSEPH NEAME the sum of ten pounds to be paid unto him by my Executors hereafter named within one month after my decease.
And I give him no more having already expended in his educacon and in placing him out and otherwise several considerable sums of money. And having also setled upon him and his children for a certain time an Annuity or Ke_charge of eight pounds per anno which I will shall be paid for the time and according to the deed thereof by me made out of my said messuages lands and tenements.

Item I give and bequeath unto my said two daughters BENNETT NEAME and ELIZABETH NEAME equally to be divided all and singular my goods and chattells credits money leases and other personal items whatsoever they paying and discharging my debts and funeral expenses.

And I make and appoint my daughters BENNETT NEAME and ELIZABETH NEAME Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd Day of January in the year of Our Lord 1728. JOSEPH NEAME
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator JOSEPH NEAME in the presence of us whose names are hereunder written who also attested the same in his presence.
