Half of the lands in the parishes of Womenswold & Kingston are to go to the testators 2 grandsons mentioned above viz. John & Thomas, sons of Richard Nethersole my son, when aged xxiiijyr [=24y]
John Nethersole son is to have all lands in Ash and Sandwich
and any rest or residue to testator’s son William
