I Wyllyam Nethersole thelder of Kyngestone, Kent, yeoman
To the parson of Hawking for tithes forgotten 5s
For the repairs of the body of the church of Hawkinge 4s yearelie for 10 years
and 2s yearelie to the poore of the said parishe for 10 years

Item I give to Marye Hogben my servant 20s at the day of her marriage
Also unto Jone Nethersole my brother’s dawghter £5 to be paid yearly 20s after her day of marriage
Item I give to William Pepper’s 2 sonns 40s each within 12 months next
Item I give to the 2 said William Pepper‘s dawghters 20s
Item to each of the sons of John Nethersole my brother’s son nowe borne 40s
& To each of his dawghters now also birne 20s
Item to the 2 daughters of Thomas Nethersole my brother’s son 20s each

To my godson William Robynson 40s when 22y
To Wearkes his wife 20s
To each of my godchildren that will come and demand the same 12d
To Richard Stephens my wifes eldest brother 40s & to her other 2 brethren William & Freman 20s

The residewe of all my moveable goods not bequeathed to Jone my wellbeloved wife whom I do make my sole executrix
& Mr Seriant Lovelace & Thomas Honywood yearlie 6yrs 10s each p.a. my overseers

Witnesses: John Hastlin parson pf Kingston, John Wyse, Clement Wyse, Edwarde Stephens

Said will of William Nethersole the elder disposition of lands & tenements & heredits with appurts in Kyngestone aforesaid, Hawkinge and Eastbridge, in Romney Mershe. Or ells where in Kent

First I will unto my said wyfe all my mershe lands in Eastbrydge during her natuarll life … Joane my wife
After her decease to William Nethersole my brothers son

My brother Robert Nethersole £5
Also all my lands in Kingston to Joane my wife after her decease to my cosen Osmunde Nethersole & his heires
… the said Osmonde Nethersole
To John Nethersole my brothers son £40

To Joane my wife my house & lands in Hawking in fee simple provided my said brother Robert Netheresole or any of my brothers children or any of my kynnefolk shall after my decease interrupte trouble or molest Jone my wife …
