The 18th January 1635 (11th yr of the R of King Charles)
I Elizabeth Nethersole widdowe of Ickham, Kent in the diocese of Canterburie att this Tyme in good and perfect health and memory
First I commend my soule …
I will to be buried in the parishe church of Wymingswold
And as for my goods… to the poore of Wymingswold 20s
Likewise unto the poore of the parish of Ickham 20s

To my son Christopher Nethersole
unto William Nethersole s/o my said son Christopher £60 to be paid by my executor when age 20
over & above the said 3 score, 50s yearlie from my decease until he is 20
unto Elizabeth Nethersole d/o my son Christopher £40 when age 18 and 30s per year after my decease until she is 18 years
if either should die before then the survivor inherits the others portion
if both should die then I will said portions to my son Christopher’s other children if he shall have any then living & if none then the same to Christopher himself

unto my daughter Elizabeth Austin and to my daughter Mary Austin, £5 each
unto my daughter Alice Denne 50s
unto Michael Denne s/o my said daughter Alice as also unto Martha, Mary, Anne, Margaret, Alice & Jane Denne daughters of the said Alice Denne, 50s each
Paying aforesaid Alice 28s per year …

Unto my 3 daughters aforenamed all my wearing apparrell to be divided
Unto Margaret Nethersole d/o my son William my bed and all appurts

Item all the residue of all my goods chattels implements and housholdstuffe Unto my son William Nethersole
whom I make sole executor
