All my lands, tenements and hereditaments in Womenwold or wheresoever to my dear wife Dorothie during her life
and after her decease to my daughter Lucie till £500 for her portion .... be raised
in case the child my wife now goeth withall be not a sonne,
if it be a sonne shee now goes w'th I give it all my Lands .... to the heirs of its body
And I do presume humbly to committ it to the care of Sir Francis Nethersole, knight … and pray he be good as far as he should
think fit to my wife, children, mothers and brothers

Further, whereas by my fathers last will & Testament I am to pay to my 3 brothers Christopher, John and James, £200 each
Christopher shall have £200 of my personal estate when he comes to his age of 24
My other brothers shall have the profits of my lands, tenements & heredits. until such legacies are paid
