Item I will and bequeath to Stephen Newman my eldest sonne foure pounds to be paid unto him w[i]thin three quarters of a yeare after my
decease by mine executor or his assignes
Item I give unto Joane Newman my eldest daughter foure pounds to be paid unto her by my Executor wth [within] the space of 6 monthes after
