This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Newman of West Wickham in the County of Kent Wheelwright made the twenty third day of February one thousand eight hundred and thirty four

I will and direct my just debts funeral expences and the costs and charges of proving this my Will to be paid by my Executors hereinafter named and subject thereto
I give and bequeath all and singular my Stocks funds and securities and all other my monies Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto and equally between my Sons William Newman Michael Newman and my Daughter Elizabeth Eaton share and share alike To hold to them my said Sons and Daughter to and for their own absolute use and benefit

I hereby appoint Richard Crittall the Younger of West Wickham aforesaid Innkeeper and John Kelly of Wells Street Oxford Street in the County of Middlesex Coach Plate Manufacturer Executors of this my last Will and Testament

and I hereby revoke all other Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament _ Thos Newman
