Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Margarett the wife of Nicholas Saffery all my moveable goods whatsoever
And concerning my house & lands I will that they be sould to the most advantage by my executor wthin convenient tyme after my decease & the money thereof to be distributed in maner following (that is to say)
I give and bequeath thereof to Elizabeth the daughter of the aforenamed Nicholas Saffery the some
of fyve pounds to be payd by my ex[ecut]ors wthin halfe a yeare after the sale of the said house & lands
Item I give and bequeath into William & Thomas the sonnes of John Brathered & of my daughter Susann the like some of five pounds equallie
to be devided betweene them to be likewyse payd wthin one halfe yeare of the sale of the said house & lands
Item I likewise give and bequeath to John Trippett the sonne of Mihath [Myzeck] Trippett & of my daughter Constance the like some of five
pounds to be paid likewise to him wthin one halfe yeare after the sale of the said house & lands
Item I will & my mind is that the residue of the said money shall be equally devided & payd to my three daughters afore named (that is to say) to Margarett the wife of Nicholas Saffery; Susan the wife of Samuel Croyden & to Constance the wife of Mizach Trippett
And of this my present testament & last will I make and ordeyne the aforenamed Nicholas Saffery my sole executor whom I will to pay all my debts, legacies & funerall charges And I utterlie renounce & revoke all other wills & Testaments by mee formerlie made

Daughter Susan Nichols was baptised at St. Leonard 9 Jan 1567/68, d. of Jeffery.
Susan Nichols married John Brodened 12 Feb 1592/93 at Deal. Both were of Deal.
John Brothered was buried at St. Leonard on 11 Oct 1603.
Susan Brathe then married Samwell Croydon 23 Jan 1603/04, at St. Leonard.
Daughter Constance Nycols was baptised at St. Leonard on 22 Feb 1573/74, d. of Jeffery.
Constance Nichols married Myzeck Tribute 7 Feb 1591 at Deal.
Daughter Margret Nycols was baptised 16 Apr 1566 at St. Leonard, d. of Jeffrey.
Margaret Niclos married Nicholas Safferie 6 Oct 1588 at St. Mary Magdalen, Davington, Kent.
