In the name of God Amen;
I Thomas Nightingale clerk & Rector of ye Parish of Wormeshill in ye Countie of Kent, beinge (blessed be ye name of my God) in perfect minde & memory, though very sick & weake, doe make this my last will & testament in forme & manner followinge:
First I bequeath my soule into ye hands of my faithfull creator, in full & certaine hope of my resurrection to eternall life; through ye alone merits of my blessed Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ & my body to ye grave decently to be interred accordinge to ye will of my executrix hereafter to be named

Item: I give to all my sonnes Thomas, Luck, Marke & John ten shillings a peece;
Item I give to all my three daughters tenn shillings a peece, Ann, Elizabeth & Mary

Item I give to ye Colledge called by ye name of Trinitie Colledge ten pounds to buy a peece of Plate;
Item I give to my Cosen Edmond Wood ten shillings
It: I give Good: Cooper ye hoyman ten shillings which I think I once borrowed of him & to my knowledge did never repay him.

All ye rest of my houses or lands whatsoever as also goods or chatells whatsoever I give to Sybill Nightingale my deare wife, she payinge all my debts which I am bound either in Law or conscience to pay,
whom I here doe make, ordaine my sole executrix of this my last will & testament

witnesse my hand & seale this twelfe day of October 1669
