This is the Last Will and Testament of me Michael Norrington of the Parish of Cheriton in the County of Kent Yeoman

I do hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made
whereas my Son John Norrington is included with me in a Lease from James Drake Brockman Esquire to us of the Farm now in my occupation for the term of Fourteen years commencing from the tenth day of October which was in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty seven Now to prevent any Doubts that from that circumstance hereafter arise I do expressly declare that notwithstanding such joint Lease of the said Farm to me and my said Son the whole and entire Stock Crop Goods Chattels now upon the same Farm are my own sole and separate property and subject to the payment of my debts the Costs of and Sums attending the Proving of my Will and my Funeral expences

I do give and bequeath unto my Dear Wife Mary and my three Sons William Norrington Michael Norrington and the said John Norrington All and every my ready monies Stocks Funds and Securities for money Corn Cattle Husbandry Utensils Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever equally to be divided between them share and share alike

And Lastly I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my Friends Robert Milton of the town of Folkestone in the said County Gentleman and Richard Marsh of Sandgate in the said Town Ropemaker joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety seven
