In the Name of God Amen I Anne Norton of Chelsfeild in the County of Kent Widow being weak of Body but of sound and disposing mind and memory Thanks be to God for the same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)
First and Principally I recomend my Soul to God that gave it me And my Body to the Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named

Item I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Robertson one of the Daughters of William Miles the Sum of Twenty Pounds
And to Mary Robson my Maid Servant in Case She be living with me at the time of my decease the Sum of Ten Pounds and Five pounds for Mourning

Item All the Rest and Residue of my Estate of whatsoever nature the same shall consist and wheresoever situate I give and bequeath the same to my Son Thomas Norton his Executors Administrators and Assigns whom I hereby make the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament Revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Anne Norton have to this my last Will and Testament sett my hand and seal this Twenty second day of September in the fifth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God over Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. Annoq Dm 1731 The mark of Anne Norton
