In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Novice of Westerham in the County of Kent Widow this Nineteenth day of March in the twelfth Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc Annoq Dm One thousand seven hundred twenty and Five Doe make and ordain this my last Will and Testament

Impris I give my Soul into the hands of my most Mercyfull Creator trusting for Salvation through the Merits of Jesus Christ my Redeemer And my body to be decently buryed by my Executor hereafter named
And as to my Estate with which it has pleased God to bless me I give and dispose thereof as followeth (Vizt)

Item I give and bequeath unto my five Nephews George, Arthur, Robert, James and William the five Sons of my Brother Robert Oliver and to their heirs for ever All those my five Messuages or Tenements with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Situate lyeing and being in Hadlow Street in the County of Kent and now or late in the tenure or Occupation of Thomas Weller Henry Whitebread Charles Maddox Mary Fowler Widow and Elizabeth Edwards Widow or their Assigns to be equally divided between them Share and share alike

But if it should so happen that any or either of my Five Nephews above named should dye or depart this Life before me Then my Will and meaning that my Kinsman George Wall shall have and inherit to him and his heirs for ever the full share of him that shall so happen to dye before me

Item I give and bequeath to my Brother William Novice the full Sume of Three Guineas of good and lawfull money of great Britain to be paid unto him by my Executor hereafter named within twelve Months next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Kinswoman Jane Wall All my wearing Apparell
Lastly I doe ordain constitute and appoint my Nephew George Oliver sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath all my Goods Chattells Houshold Stuff Plate ready money Debts Bills Bonds Mortgages Leases and all other my Personall Estate whatsoever after my Debts Legacies and Funerall Expences shall be fully satisfied contented and paid (tho�) to be equally divided between him and George Wall and Jane Wall share and share alike

But my Will is that George Wall�s share should be paid unto him Yearly (that is to say)
Twenty Shillings every Year untill his whole Share is paid unto him or his heirs

In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Novice have to this my last Will and Testament (revoking all former Wills by me made) Sett my hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written _ Sarah Novice her marke
