I Mary Oare of Greenwich in the County of Kent being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)

after payment of my just Debts Funeral charges and the expences of proving this my Will
I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Fules Bassett Son of the Reverend Richard Bassett and Ann his Wife the sum of Fifty pounds

All the rest and residue of my Estates and Effects whether real or personal of what nature or kind soever the same shall or may be or consist of at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath unto Lucetta Mary Everest Wife of Tristram Everest of Greenwich aforesaid Gentleman to hold to the said Lucetta Mary Everest her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever

lastly I do hereby appoint the said Tristram Everest and Lucetta Mary Everest Executor and Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty first day of January One thousand seven hundred and eighty nine Mary Oare
