This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Oare of Headcorn in the County of Kent Widow made this twenty fifth day of May 1809

I give to my Nieces Ann Mercer and Mary Mercer the sum of twenty five pounds apiece

and all the rest residue and remainder of my household goods chattels effects and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same unto Mary the Wife of John Thurston of Biddenden in the said County yeoman absolutely and for ever

and all my Messuages Lands and heredits whatsoever I give and devise to the said Mary the Wife of John Thurston her heirs and Assigns for ever

and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Mary the Wife of John Thurston and Thomas Thurston her Son Executors of this my Will

In Witness whereof I the said Hannah Oare the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year above written Hannah Oare
