This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Ollive of Goudhurst in the County of Kent Widow

Whereas by writing under my hand I agreed to pay to my Cousin Ann Farrance Spinster an annuity of five pounds for her life
And I desire to leave her a further annuity of five pounds I therefore direct my Executors to set apart sufficient of my property and invest the same in their names in one of the Public funds and pay the sum of ten pounds a year being the interest thereof unto the said Ann Farrance during her life
and upon her death I direct that the property so to be set apart for securing the said yearly sum of ten pounds and the funds to be purchased therewith shall sink into the residue of my estate

I give to my Cousin Elizabeth Cousins thirty pounds to be paid to her within three calendar months after my death
I give and bequeath unto each of my two Nieces Mary and Frances the Daughters of my late Brother Benjamin Hollingworth a legacy or sum of one hundred pounds

intending to dispose of all or most of my Jewels Rings and Personal Ornaments in my lifetime I give such of them as I shall not have disposed of in my lifetime to my Niece Elizabeth Ollive
I also give her my Watch and all my wearing apparel of every sort and kind for her own use to be delivered to her immediately after my death

And I give all the rest and residue of my Estate and effects unto my Nephew John Hollingworth Son of my Brother Finch and Giles Miller of Goudhurst aforesaid Gentleman In trust to pay the interest and annual proceeds thereof equally between my two Nieces Elizabeth Ollive and Mary Ollive during their lives and upon the death of either of them to pay the same to the survivor of my two Nieces

I give and forgive unto my four Nephews and Nieces the children of my late Brother Benjamin Hollingworth all the principal money and interest due to me from their late Father�s estate
I also forgive unto my Brother Finch Hollingworth all the money which he may owe to me if he shall be then living but if dead I give the same to his Son and if he shall be dead to his children in equal shares
I also give unto all the children of my late Brother Thomas Robert Hollingworth in equal shares all the money due to me from his Estate

And as to all the residue of my estate and effects I give and bequeath one equal half part thereof unto my Brother Finch Hollingworth if living but if he shall be dead to his Son and in case of his death then to his children in equal shares and proportions
and the other half thereof to the children of my brother Thomas Robert Hollingworth in equal shares and proportions

And I direct that my trustees and each of them shall be at liberty to deduct and retain to and reimburse and satisfy themselves respectively and allow to each other all such costs charges and expences as they shall pay expend or be put to on account of my estate and the trusts thereof And that they shall not be answerable or accountable for any more of my estate than shall actually come to their respective hands nor shall they be answerable or accountable for each other in any respect relative to my estate or the trusts thereof

And I hereby appoint the said John Hollingworth and Giles Miller Executors of this my Will and give to each of them the sum of twenty pounds as an acknowledgment of the trouble they may have in the execution thereof
And revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this writing in two sheets of paper contains the whole of my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Ollive the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament to the first sheet set my hand only and to this second sheet my hand and seal this third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty E: Ollive
