I will and bequeath to my Brother Thomas Otway of the Parish of Lambeth Surry
to Mary Ann Otway Elizabeth Otway Granddaughters of the above named Thomas Otway
to John Rawlings Edmund Rawlings William Rawlings and Mary Watson my Nephews and Niece
to Robert John Faulkner Nephew of the above named John Rawlings
All the Rest Residue and Remainder of such worldly goods or property that I am or may be
possessed of at the time of my decease of whatever name nature or
kind soever the same may be whether it shall consist of ready
money stock in the public funds household furniture wearing
apparel or otherwise howsoever to be equally divided between the
said Thomas Otway Mary Ann Otway Elizabeth Otway Thomas
Otway John Rawlings Edmund Rawlings William Rawlings Mary
Watson and Robert John Faulkner share and share alike
I desire that the shares of Mary Ann Otway Elizabeth Otway and Robert Faulkner be deposited by the Executors hereinafter named in the Woolwich and Plumstead Savings Bank until they arrive at the age of twenty one years should one or two of these die before they come to the age of twenty one years the Survivors or Survivor to have their share or shares should they all die before they come of age there shares to be equally divided between the above named to John Rawlings Edmund Rawlings William Rawlings and Mary Watson share and share alike
and I do hereby nominate and appoint the above named John Rawlings of the Parish of Plumpstead in the County of Kent Labourer and Henry Mason of the said Parish of Plumstead Carpenter Executors to this my Will hereby revoking and disannulling all Wills heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
