This is the last Will and Testament of me Benjamin Outred of Hiram Cottage Albion Road in the Parish of Milton next Gravesend in the County of Kent Coalmerchant
I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be and contain my whole and entire last Will and Testament

In the first place I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences may be paid by my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named
I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Alice Outred all my household furniture plate linen & china for her own sole use and benefit

And whereas I am entitled to two freehold cottages or tenements one being in my own occupation the other thereof in the tenure or occupation of William Palmer Now it is my will and desire that my said Executor and Executrix do and will as soon after my decease as conveniently may be to sell and dispose thereof either by public auction or by private contract for the most money that can be had or obtain for the same and after such sale I will and direct that my said Executor and Executrix do out of the proceeds of such sale pay and discharge a certain mortgage incumbrance upon or affecting the same and after such discharge then I will and desire that my said Executor and Executrix do invest such surplus money arising from such sale either in the public Funds of this Country or in such manner or way as to them may seem best and advantageous

and after such investment then I give and bequeath the interest and produce thereof together with all and every the interest profits and proceeds of and arising from one 12th part or share in my business of Coalmerchant now carried on under the Firm of Thomas Nettleingham Jonathan Hills and Company at the Canal Wharf and Floating Stores Gravesend unto my said Wife Alice Outred for and during the term of her natural life

And from and after the decease of the said Alice Outred then it is my will and desire and I hereby bequeath the whole and every part of my Property whether freehold or personalities unto and amongst all and every of such of my children as shall be living at the time of her my said Wife�s decease to be equally divided between them share and share alike

And I appoint William Webb and Alice Outred Executor and Executrix of this my Will
