Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandsonnes John and William Packham one long joyned table and forms and six joyned stools now standing in the hall of the house wherein I now dwell but my will is that my sonne Richard shall have the use of the same soe long as he liveth
Item I give and bequeath unto my said Grandsonne John Packham one bedsteddle
and feather bed and curtains and vallence and all the furniture belonging to
the same now being the hall Chamber of my said dwelling house
Item I give and bequeath unto my Grand sonne William Packham one bedsteddle
one flock bed and all the furniture thereunto belonging now being in the
chamber next the hall Chamber in the South end of the house of my now dwelling aforesaid
Item I give unto my said Grandsonne William one joyned chest in the hall
chamber and one brasse kettle
Item I give unto my said Grandsonne John Packham one brasse brewing furnace
Item I give and bequeath unto my said Grandsonnes John and William two cupboards
Item I give unto my cousen John Roberts the Sume of forty shillings of lawfull money of England to be paid by my Executor within one year next after my decease
The rest and residue of all my goods and chattels and all my moneys linnen bedding pewter brasse utensills of husbandry and personall estate whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my said sonne Richard Packham And do hereby make and ordain my said sonne Richard Packham sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills by me the said John Packham at any time heretofore made and I do hereby make William Hentler? of Lenham in the said County Yeoman overseer of this my will And give unto him forty shillings to be paid within one month after my decease
This is the last will and Testament of me the said John Packham made the day and year first above written touching on the disposal of my messuages lands tenements and herreditaments first I do hereby give bequeath and devise unto my (my) sonne Richard Packham All my messuages lands tenements and herreditaments whatsoever and wheresoever To have and and to hold unto him my said sonne Richard Packham and his assigns for and during the term? of his natural life Provided that if my said sonne Richard shall not pay unto my grandsonne John Packham the sume of forty shillings per annum of lawfull money of England at the feast days of annunciation? of the the blessed Virgin Mary and St Michael the Archangell by equal part and the first payment to begin at the first of the said feasts next happening after my decease and the like sume of forty shillings in the same manner and form unto my Grandsonne William Packham
That then my said Grandsonnes John and William shall have and enjoy the rents issues
and profits of the said messuages land herreditaments and premises until they the said John and
William Packham respectively their Executors and assigns shall be thereof
satisfied And from and after the decease of my said sonne Richard Packham I
do hereby give and devise all my said messuages lands tenements and
herreditaments unto my said grandsonnes John Packham and William Packham and
their heirs and assigns for ever In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal the day and year first above written The Mark of John

1 Written after Richard Packham's first wife Elizabeth Skeere, the mother of
John & William had died in May 1675 and Richard had married Jane Whettcombe in Dec 1675
