In the name of God Amen I David Page Mariner, now belonging to his Majesty’s Ship Biddeford – being in bodily health and of Sound and disposing mind and memory and Considering the Perrills & Dangers of the Seas & other Uncertaintyes of this Transitory life Doe for avoiding controversies after my decease make, publish and Declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (That is to say)
first I recomend my Soul to God y [that] gave it and my Body I comit to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to Order & as for and concerning all my worldly Estate, I Give Bequeath and Dispose thereof as followeth (That is to say)

all my Wages on board His Majesty’s Ship Biddeford and also all and Singular such Wages, Summe and Sumes of money, Lands, Tenements, Goods, Chattells & Estate whatsoever as shall be any wages due, owing or belonging to me at the time of my Decease, I doe give Devise and Bequeath the same unto my Father George Page of El[h]am in the County of Kent

And I doe hereby Nominate and Appoint my Father George Page Executer of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all former Wills, Testaments and Deeds of Gift by me at any time heretofore made And I doe Ordaine & Ratify those presents to Stand and be for my only last Will and Testament

In Witness Whereof to this my said Will I have sett my hand & seal the Fifth day of January – Anno Dom. 1733/4

The within written Will of David Page, late Mariner, Batchelor, dec[ease]d, and late belonging to His Majesty’s Ship Biddeford, having etc. Goods etc., was proved and Admtn.[Administration] of the said deceased’s Goods, so far as concern (for) the said decd and his Will was committed (to) George Page, Father of the said decd & Executor named in the s[ai]d Will, he being first sworn duly to Administer the same
