I John Page husbandman of the parish of Beaksbourn in the County of Kent do after my decease give and bequeath unto my wife Mary Page all my household goods horses cows and other stock
(two of the horses and one of the cows and the sheep which belong to my son John excepted)
together with all my Implements of husb�ery and crops on the ground

I likewise bequeath to my wife all my personal Estate whatsoever after my funeral charges and just debts shall be paid by her

Witness my hand this thirty first day of May 1738 John Page his mark
Witness my hand by us Rob�t Spillinghurst � Ann Page her mark

The above registered Will of John Page deceased was proved the 26 day of June 1738 before the Rev�d William Gostling Clerk lawfull Surrogate to the Worshipfull George Lee Doctor of Laws Official General to the Rev�d the Archdeacon of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Mary Page the relict of the said deceased and universal Legatee herein named to whom administration of the goods chattles and creddits of the said deceased was committed she being sworne well and truly to perform the same.
