Item I give devise and bequeath unto my sons Vincent Page of the parish of Barham aforesaid Brickmaker and William Page of the same place Cordwainer all and every my messuages or tenements lands hereditaments and premises situate lying and being in the parish of Barham aforesaid
And also and every other my messuages or tenements lands and premises and all other my Estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever that I shall leave at the time of my decease or that I shall be anyways intitled unto to hold all the same unto my said sons Vincent Page and William Page or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrations of such survivor do and shall as soon after my decease as they conveniently can sell and dispose of all and every of my said Real and Personal Estate for the best price or prices that can or may be gotten for the same and out of the moneys thereby arising in the first pay off all and every my just debts Funeral Expenses and the charges and expenses of proving and executing this my Will and all other costs charges and expenses anyway relating thereto and from and after payment thereof I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of the money arising by such sale equally to be divided between my six children Namely Josiah Page Anne Page the said William Page and Vincent Page Bonnett Page and Mark Page as shall be living at the time of my decease
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said sons William Page and Vincent Page Joint
Executors of this my said Will and thus conclude the same In Witness whereof I the said Josiah Page the
