I Charles Page of Denton in the County of Kent do this 16th day of April 1837 make this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I desire to be decently buried in the Churchyard of Denton and after all my just debts are paid I leave to Ann Page my dear wife the sum of ten pounds per year if she remains with my son Charles Page and if not then I leave to Ann Page my wife the sum of Twenty six pounds per year with the use of what furniture plate linen etc. she may chose to have for her use during her life but in case my wife should marry again then my will and meaning is that the above annuity in either way with the use of the furniture shall cease. The annuity to be paid quarterly commencing three months after my death.

My freehold dwelling house and the one adjoining now in the occupation of Joseph Smith I give and bequeath to my son Charles Page

And my personal Property I give as follows one fourth to Sarah the wife of John Pilcher one fourth to Mary the wife of John File one fourth to John Page and one fourth to Ruth Crux the widow of John Crux to be paid to them within one year after the death of my wife or the same time after she marrying again

And in case my son Charles Page dies without issue then my dwelling houses I give to my other children one half the property to John Page and the other half between my three daughters or their family in case either my son or daughters are dead. And for the performance of the annuity to my wife I direct my son John Page to take security from my son Charles Page he being left to succeed me in my business at Denton.

And I do hereby appoint and constitute John Page and Charles Page to be my Executors to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 16th April 1837
