Also I give devise and bequest all and every
my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and
Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever And all
and every the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels
and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and
of what nature or kind soever unto my Son John
Palmer of Upchurch aforesaid yeoman To hold the same
unto him my said Son John Palmer his Heirs
Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely and
for ever
And I do hereby make nominate and appoint
my said Son John Palmer sole Executor of this my
last Will and Testament and do revoke and make
void all former Wills and Testaments by me at any
time heretofore made

This Will was proved at London the second day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and three before the worshipful John Sewel Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court or Canterbury constituted by the Oath of John Palmer otherwise Pallmor the Son of the deceased and the sole Executor named in the said Will to whom administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased was granted his having been first sworn duly to administer.
