Of this my last will and Testament I do ordaine, constitute and make Jone my wife to be my sole Executrix, praying her to se(e) my debts paid and my legacyes first fullie p[er]formed
Also I desier my neighbour Robert Grove to be the overseer of this my last will and testament and will and bequeath to hym for his labor xxs and his reasonable charges to be paid by my Executrix when he shall travell in or about any busynes of this my last will and testament

This is the last will of me the said Saphir Paramor concerninge the disposing of all my lands and tenements (That is to saie)
Firste I will and bequeathe unto xpian [Christian] Raiston, my Servant, all that my smale tenement whiche is in Eastrye Strete now in th[e ]occupacon of Robert Jones To be had to her the said xpian Raiston and her assignes for and during her naturall lif, so that she do paie yerely unto Jone my wief for Rent for the same at the feaste of Saint Michaell tharchangell iiijd of laufull monye of England
Item I will and bequethe unto Jone my wif all that my dwelling house called Stoltenborough, with all the lands & hereditaments to the same belonging, with all other my lands and Tenements in the parryshes of Eastrye, Woodnesborough & Shoulden or els where in the countye of Kent To be had to the saied Jone my wif and to her assignes for and during her naturall lif(e), So that she do kepe the reparacons [reparations] and paye the lords rents
And after her decease I will and bequethe all the same my dwelling house called Stoltenborough, with
all the land and hereditaments to the same with all other my lands & tenements in the parrishes of Eastrye and Woodnesborowe unto my
sonne Bartleulewe [Bartholomew] Paramour for ever
And after his decease to remaine and be unto Peter his eldest sonne and to ye heires male of his bodye
laufullie begotten for ever
And for lack of [any] heires male, to remaine to the next eldest sonne of my said sonne Bartlemewe and to his heirs male for ever
And for lack of suche heire male, to remaine and be to John Paramor, eldest sonne of Willim Paramor which he had by my
douter [daughter] Elisabeth and to the heires male of the saide John Paramour laufullie begotten for ever
And for lack of suche heire male, to remaine and be to ye next eldest sonne of the saied Willm Paramor and my saied Dawter Elisabeth and to
his heires males for ever
Item Notwithstanding the giftes and bequest aforesaid, I will bequethe and give unto the above named
John Paramor the sonne of my said dawter Elisabeth, one Annuitie or yearly rent charge of fourty shillings of Laufull monye of England, to
yssue out or to be yssuing out of all that my dwelling house called Stoltenborough and out of all other the
lands to the same and out of all the premiss [premises] before willed or bequethed beinge in the parrishes
of Eastrye and Woodnesborough To be had to the said John Paramor and his assignes for and during
his naturall lif, yerely to be paid at the feast of Saint Michaell tharchangel
And for lack of payment of the saied yerely Annuityue or yerelye Rent charge, it shall and may be
Laufull to and for the sayde John Paramor or his assignes into any of the said premisses or any
part or parcell thereof to enter and distrayne or otherwise to use any Action or Sute as any other
may do in cases of Annuityes or charge Rents according to the lawes and customes of the Value for the Recoverye thereof
Item in like manner after the decease of Jone my said wyf, I will and bequethe unto Robart Paramor my
sonne all that my marsh landes called the Ranger in the parryshe of Shoulden or Norborne [Northbourne] for ever
And after his decease to the eldest male of his bodye laufullie begotten for ever
And for lack of suche heire male to Remayne and be to Bartlemewe Paramor my sonne for ever
And after his decease to remaine and be unto Peter his eldest sonne and to the heires male of his bodye laufullie begotten for ever
And for lack of suche heires male, to remaine to the eldest sonne of my saied sonne Bartlemewe Paramor and his heires males for ever
And for lack of suche heires male, to remaine and be to John Paramor the eldest sonne of Willim Paramor, which he had by my dawter
Elisabeth, and to the heires male of his body lawfullie begotten for ever
And for lack of suche heires male, to remaine and be to the next eldest sonne of my said dawter Elisabeth and to his heires male for ever
