In the name of God Amen the thirteenth day of December In the xxxiiijth [34th] yere of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Quene Elizabeth &c. 1591
I Joane Paramore of Eastry in the Countie of Kent widdoe beinge sicke in bodye but whole & p[er]fecte in remembrannce thancks be gyven to God doe make & ordeigne this to be my last will & testament in manner & forme followinge, vizt.
Firste I yeild my soule thoroughe Jesus xrist to God that gave it, & my bodye to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executor

Item I will & bequeath unto the churchwardens of Eastrye to the use of rep[ar]acions of the sayde churche of Eastrye xxs
Item I will & bequeath unto the poore inhabitants of Eastrye xxs to be distributed unto them on the day of my buriall
Item I will & bequeath unto Roberte my sonne twentye pounds of lawfull money
Item I will & bequeath unto my sonne in lawe Walter Nower ten pounds of lawfull money

Item I will & bequeath to Margaret the daughter of William Paramore one fetherbed furnished wth a bolster, two pillowes, two blankets & a coverlet
Item I will & bequeath unto xpian [Christian] Raystone my s[er]vannte one fetherbed furnished wth a bolster, two pillowes, two blankets & a coverlet
Item I will & bequeath unto every of my childrens children wch are nowe borne & alyve & thone [the one] not to be the others heire twenty shillings as they shall come & be of the age of xviij yeres and not before,

Of this my last will & testament I doe make & ordeigne Bartholomewe my sonne to be my sole Executor prayeng & chardginge him to see my debts payd & legacies p[er]formed, And likewise to dischardge & pform his fathers will my late husband

Allso I desire my neighbour Robert Grove to be the overseer of this my last will & testament And I gyve & bequeath to him for his labour xs
Item I will & bequeath unto Marks Frende xxs whereof xs is for his sonne William
