In the name of God Amen The vij daie of May 1593
I Thomas Paramour of Eastrye in the countye of Kente beinge sick in bodie but whole in memorye thankes be to God do make and ordaine this to be my last will and testament in maner and forme following, vizt.
Firste I will and bequethe my soule unto Almightie God thorough Jesus Christ our Lorde And my bodye to remeyne to the earthe from whence it came

Item I will and bequeth unto the use of the parrishe churche of Eastrye a vs
And to the use of the poore people of the same parrishe xs
Item I will and bequeath unto Martha the dawter of Thomas Brooke Ten pownds of monye and a cowe to be paid unto her at the daie of her marriage or the age of xviij yeres or whiche of them shall firste happen

And to Joane the dawter of my brother Willm Paramor one cowe
And to Ann the other dawter of the said Willm one cowe
Item I will and bequeath unto Daniell the sone of Thomas Brooke three Ewe shepe
Item I will & bequeath unto my brother John Paramor his children to every of them one weaning calf

Of this my last will and testament I do make & ordaine my good and natural mother to be my sole Executrix praying her to se my debts paid and my legacyes p[er]formed
Item I will and bequeath unto my saide mother all that my Tenement with thappurtenncs [the appurtenances] in Eastrye for and until John the sonne of my brother Stephen Paramor shall come and be of the age of xxj yeres And then I will and bequeath that the said John shall have the said Tenement to hym and his heyers for ever
