In the name of God Amen the twenteth day of Maye Anno dini one thowsand six hundred, the two and Forteth yere of the queenes majsties Raigne, &c.
I William Paramore of Herne, Yeoman, beinge sicke in bodie and whole in mynde and of good and p[er]fecte Rememabrannce (the Lorde be thanked) doth make this my last will and Testament in manner and forme Followinge
First I doe give my soule unto Allmightye God my saviour and Redemer and my bodie to be buryed in the p'ishe Churche yarde of Herne &c.

First I give to my daughter Dorithie my dwellinge howse wth the barne and the kitchene and that p[ar]cell of grownd where the pond is, Conteyninge by estimacione one yarde of land and one Fence? called by the name of Bynfeild conteyninge by estimacione three acres and one Feild behinde keelers Conteyninge by estimatione one acre to her and to her heires of her bodie lawfullie begotten forevr when she come to the age of xxj yeres

Item I doe give unto my daughter Martha one pcell of land Called by the name of Woodlands Conteyninge by estimacione three acres & a halfe
and Item I doe give unto the said Martha the great Perry orchard and the little orchard to her and to her heires of her bodie lawfullie forever begotten forever when she shall come to the adge of one and twentie yeres

Item I doe give to my daughter Elisabeth my howse that Williame Hollowaye doth dwell in wth the orchard belonginge to that howse and the Feild that I bought of one Burckes? Conteyninge halfe an Acre to her and to her heires of her bodie lawfullie begotten for ever when she shall Come to the adge of one and twentie yeres
Item I will that if any of my said daughters doe die before the adge of one and twentie yeres and wthowt heires of their bodie lawfullie begotten then I will that her p[ar]te shall Remayne to the Rest of my said daughters one to be an others heire
Item I doe give unto my daughter Elizabeth ten pounds of Currante money to be paid unto her at the one and twentie yeres by my executors

Item I will yt all my moveable goods shalbe prized by honest men and to be bestowed equallie to my three daughters, my debts and Funerall expenses so discharged and paid when they shall come to the age of one and twentie yeres

Item I doe give unto Margaret Keeler twoe Ewes to be delivred unto her at St. Michaell th'archangell next
Item I doe give unto Henry Mathews my godsonne tenn shillings at the adge of eighteene yeres
Item I doe give unto Edward Pickeringe three pounds wch is dewe to me for Rent

Item my will is that Lawrence Hewstowe? and William Sainte whome I doe make my (w)hole Executors of this my last will and Testament shall have theire Charges for their paines owt of the said goods
Item my will is that my said Executors shall not stripp nor waste any of my woods but onelie for necessarie in Clowsures and for Reparations of my said howses
Item I will that my said Executors shall have the bringinge up of my said Children till they shall Come to the adge of One and twentie yeres

Debtes owinge to me as Followeth
First William Holloway for rent five shillings sixe pence
Item John Rowe sixteene pounds Item the said John Rowe three pounds
Item John Rider five pounds
Item Finche Smith Eleaven pounds
Item Agnes Turner three pounds
Item William Seare three pounds to be paid at Michaelmas next of else James to have one Cowe and one budd

Item William See one Seame of oats to be paid at Michas [Michaelmas] next
Item Robert Browne doth owe mee seaven bushells of oats
Item the said Robert Browne (owes) ten shillings For Farme? of my howse
Item the said Browne for the hire of a Cowe tenne shillings
Item John Rider doth owe unto mee three loade of wood
Item Seare doth owe mee sixe shillings due at Micheallmas

Debtes that I doe owe as Followeth
Fyrst to Goodwife Deacon Fifteene shillings to be paid to her at Maidstone?
Item to Robert Lawrence twentie shillings

Item my will is that my daughter Dorothie shall kepte to schoole and to her needle(work) three yeres payeinge and allowinge for her borde, her schoolinge and for her apparrell owt of her said portione of goods

Dorothy Paramore, d. of Willyam, bap. 22 Mar 1589/90 at Herne
Amey wife of William Paramore was buried at Herne 13 Sep 1596
