I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto the undermentioned as follows all my property
in the three per cent Consols to be divided equally between
Ann Ruth Hugill of Sheerness in the Island of Sheppy
Ann Ruth Saunders of the City of Rochester
and Rebecca Dunford of the City of Rochester all in the County of Kent
after paying an equal proportion for my funeral Expences
and if Ann Ruth Saunders or Rebecca Dunford should die before Mrs Ann Ruth Hugill of Sheerness then I bequeath to the above Mrs Ann Ruth Hugill and in case of her death to her Children
I further bequeath to Ann Ruth Hugill all my household Furniture and Utensils in and about my rooms and Wearing Apparel after Rebecca Danford has taken the choice of my Petticoats Gowns & Cloaks for her own use which I bequeath to Rebecca Danford also six Silver Tea Spoons my large China Bowl and one Tea Chest
it is my particular request that I may be buried in Rochester Church Yard near Mr Saunders family that Mr Tomas
of Rochester may be employed
I further appoint Mr George Miller of Chatham to see the above executed which he has promised me also Ann Ruth Hugill
